Sunset Industrial Centre - New Build
New construction of a 2 building industrial centre complex. Estimated early 2024 completion.
2525 Renfrew Street
New construction of a mixed‐use rental building including ground floor commercial and 37 residential units above. Estimated
construction start mid 2022.
South Meridian Elem. School Addition - ($8.4M)
Mass Timber addition to elem. school of 11,000 sqft including various site upgrades. Estimated completion early 2025.
Nursery and Operation Yard Stage 1 – Sunset - ($12.4M)
New operation centre for the City of Vancouver Nursery. Completion October 2025.

New construction of a mixed‐use rental building including ground floor commercial and 34 residential units above. Construction start June 2024 with estimated completion of May 2026.
880 W. 15th St.
New construction of a mixed‐use rental building including ground floor commercial and 41 residential units above. Estimated construction start August 2024.
Queen Elizabeth Elem. School Addition – ($27M)
New three-level building addition to the existing elem. school. Construction starts September 2024 with estimated completion of September 2026.

New construction of 45,000 sqft mixed use building with 2 levels of underground parkade, ground floor commercial, and 50 purpose built residential rental units above. Estimated construction start 2026.
