Projects Under Construction
3532 E. Hastings St.
New construction of a mixed‐use rental building including ground floor commercial and 34 residential units above. Construction start June 2024 with estimated completion of May 2026.
880 W. 15th St., North Vancouver
New construction of a mixed‐use rental building including ground floor commercial and 41 residential units above. Estimated construction start August 2024.
Queen Elizabeth Elem. School Addition – ($27M)
New three-level building addition to the existing elem. school. Construction starts September 2024 with estimated completion of September 2026.
2008 E. 39th Ave.
New construction of a mixed‐use rental building including ground floor commercial and 71 residential units above. Construction start March 2026 with estimated completion of January 2028.
Forsyth Road Elementary Edition ($12.8M)
New two-storey elementary school addition to the existing elem. school. Construction starts June 2026 with estimated completion of May 2028.
Inlet Park Fieldhouse ($8.8M)
New 2,000 sqft Fieldhouse that will host a multipurpose room/event space, office space and a 100-person viewing deck overlooking the field. The project targets LEED Gold and Passive House certifications. Construction starts January 2026 with estimated completion of July 2027.
